How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Very fast! Your senzy shoes will be shipped in only two business days, after the order confirmation!
Please note that the delivery can be delayed due to your country’s customs. SENZY is not responsible for any unexpected delay occurring during the shipment!

Which payment methods are available?

Payment can be made through Credit Card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can always cancel it, if your order has not yet been shipped. Then your payment will be refunded.

Which are the shipping costs?

EUROPE – free shipping!
USA – 12€
Rest of the world – 12€

To which countries do you ship SENZY?

We ship to all over the world! Please note that Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or in the shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you upon delivery. We ship all items delivery duty unpaid.

Exchanges or returns

If you would like to make an exchange or a return, simply send us an email to geral@senzy.pt

The product must be returned in its original and new condition, with no signs of use within 14 days of receiving the order, together with the original invoice.

Upon our receipt of the product and after evaluating its condition, the value will be fully credited using the same payment method.

It should also be returned in its original packaging, as it was sent to you.

It should be packaged in the same box of protection or another similar box that will protect it during transport.

Please note that we don’t assume liability for loss or damage occurred during the shipment of the returned product.

The return cost of the item will be at customer’s expense.
